Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working to expand our international shipping options in the future.
What if my order arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for undamaged, unopened items in their original packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] before returning any items to obtain a return authorization number.
How do I return an item? After receiving a return authorization number, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
What if I received the wrong item? If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
